Frank Moore’s strong, resonant voice, which is accompanied by the bright sounds of his vintage Alvarez Yairi, exudes passion. Frank’s musical journey began in the early ‘70s playing in coffeehouses and concert venues in Southern California. Spanning decades both as a solo performer and as front-man in bands, Frank’s tunes have been heard and appreciated on the West Coast, in the Midwest, the UK, Europe, and Russia.
David Burch’s musical roots hail from New Orleans and Dallas. Over the years in various locales his playing has enriched numerous bands performing a variety of genres. A master on the strings, David adds depth and flavor to the Frank and David Duo with his lead guitar, mandolin, and electric bass.
Together, the covers in their repertoire reflect the timeless and universal struggles and longings of some of the great musical poets of their generation—Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, John Fogerty, Jerry Garcia. Performing songs that they identify with ensures that the audience will connect with them as well.
No cover. The hat will be passed to collect contributions for the band. Come out and enjoy an afternoon of live music with an incredible view.
